Vinodrai M. Parmar, MD


Dr. Parmar completed his medical training from Grant Medical College, Bombay in 1978. He completed residency in neurosurgery at Grant Medical College. Dr. Parmar completed his residency in neurology at North Shore University Hospital, Long Island, New York, a teaching center for Cornell University Medical College. He completed a fellowship in EMG and evoked potential studies from North Shore University Hospital in 1989.
Dr. Parmar is a diplomat of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with subspecialty certification in clinical neurophysiology. He is a fellow of American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is also certified in neurosonology.

In his spare time Dr. Parmar enjoys the hobbies of biking, running, hiking, kayaking, camping and fishing. He currently resides in Queensbury with his wife and two children.





Michael W. Lenihan MD

Michael W. Lenihan, MD


Dr. Lenihan graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where he earned a BS in Biology, then going on to attend SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine where he obtained a MD (magna cum laude). Dr. Lenihan then completed his education at Wilford Hall Medical Center where he completed both a Internal Medicine internship and a Neurology residency.
Dr. Lenihan served in the U.S. Air Force where he served as Chief of Neurology: 3rd Medical Group in Elmendorf, Alaska. He is certified as a diplomate in the specialty of Neurology as well as the specialty of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Lenihan’s professional interests include Sports Neurology, Neuromuscular Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

In his spare time Dr. Lenihan has many hobbies which include bike racing, running and fishing. He currently resides in Lake George with his wife and two children.

Katrina graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a minor in exercise science, and a concentration in Spanish. She joined Adirondack Neurology Associates PC in November 2010. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Katrina is originally from Clifton Park, NY. She has had the opportunity to be a part of two overseas missions trips to Belize and Egypt. In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis, running, volunteering with her church, and learning to play the guitar.




                                            JENNIFER FIORINI ANP-BC

Jennifer graduated from Daeman College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She then went on to obtain a Masters of  Science in Nursing and is now a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.  Jennifer joined Adirondack Neurology Associates, PC in June 2013.  She is currently a member of the following organizations: The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, The American Academy of Neuroscience Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Jennifer is originally from Youngstown, Ohio.  In her spare time Jennifer enjoys all  winter sports, traveling and spending time with her family.  She currently resides in Saratoga Springs, NY with her two children.
